The door setter consists of hollowSteel frame made from Ms tube of 19gauges thickness size19 X19 mm for styles and 15 mm for top & bottom. Rails.M.S.frame shall be covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel for size 30 X 50 mm forming style and sheet for5 mm thick and 6"inches wide PVC sheets for top Rail andLock Rail and bottom and Rail on either side, or 5. Mm thick,20 mm wide corss PVC Sheets as gap insert for Top Ral and Bottom Rail , Panel made out Extruded rigid foam sheet of 10 mm thickness. Shall be fitted I the M.S frame welded / Sealed to the Stiles and Rails with 30mm wide x 5 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive.An additional 5mm thick PVC Strip of 20 mm width shell is stuck on the interor side of the "C" Channel using the PVC Solvent cement panel 5mm thick
